Nordic Components is a supplier of precision-machined aluminum
parts. We produce parts exactingly to customer specifications for
the communications, transportation and defense industries. Our sophisticated
CAD/CAM capabilities facilitate a seamless transition from customer
design to finished component, and our strict policies and procedures
ensure confidentiality of all customer intellectual property and
finished products. As a final production step we put a statistical
sampling of all finished parts through our Zeiss CMM for stringent
control quality.
 We are set up to efficiently handle all sizes of orders from small
prototype runs to large-scale production volumes, and our centrally
located facility just outside of Minneapolis can readily serve the entire county.

Manage
& direct production processes
for machining of aluminum
components on Makino, Haas
or Mazaak machining centers
using 3-D CAD/CAM
integrated software; convert
client design information from
3-D drawings, schematics &
specs into compatible
machining language; design
machine fixtures to optimize
multi-axis machining of parts
for tele-comm & electronics
industries; production
planning, inventory
management, Quality control,
cost control & scheduling.
Requirements:
5 years exp as Plant
Manager or Production
Manager/Designer in above
duties. Compo salary &
benefits.
