About Us

Operations geared to the client:

Nordic Components is an entrepreneurial business with an absolute customer focus. We pride ourselves on a well-functioning machine tool operational structure, and a highly skilled and trained team with very low staff turnover. In the highly competitive machining business, Nordic Components has ensured long term viability by investing in people, tools and equipment. Most of our machining centers have been procured since 1999, the oldest equipment dates to 1997. Our shop is organized in manufacturing cells using state-of-the-art industrial engineering guidelines. With exceptional work management, we have been able to maintain both competitive and responsive position in our industry.

All of our operations and management rely on state-of-the-art software, such as Job Boss and CAD/CAM packages, that allow us to control machining processes from raw materials to finished product documentation. Work is closely monitored throughout the machining process to enable an almost zero-defect rating from our most demanding customers.

We have long term relationships with key metal suppliers, and partner with value-added shops to ensure that our clients receive final machined products and parts as specified, and on time.

Our goal is to maintain close contact with each client, beginning with prototype development through to manufacturing processes and shipping. For us, value engineering and product modification are routine… part of our expectations with every job to enhance the finished product’s usefulness, while improving client profits.

Our customers include OEM manufacturers from several industrial sectors, including those for whom we produce parts under our ATF license with strict requirements for documentation, data redundancy and confidentiality throughout the manufacturing process.
